LaToya is the founder of growing radiant outstanding women, inc. She has an MBA from High Point University and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in finance from North Carolina Central University. LaToya is a Certified Personal Finance Counselor®, author, and philanthropist. She is the owner of Financial Step Up, LLC specializing in financial coaching, focusing on budgeting and credit management. She has a true passion for financial literacy.

Shemelia is a graduate of Vance Granville Community College. She is a teacher at a daycare center. Shemelia enjoys working with kids, going to church and helping others. Shemelia is very active with her church and serves as a volunteer within her community as needed.

Crystal J. Deloatch

Crystal is a graduate of Winston-Salem State University and the proud owner of Fierce Beauty Boutique. Crystal enjoys exercising, drawing and reading poetry. She believes in community service, family, and making a difference in others’ lives!
